LICENSING OF RIGHTS AND ACTIVATION ON AND OFFLINE

Gedimat, France’s leading group of independent distributors of construction and DIY materials, consulted Sportlab in a bid to successfully develop its brand awareness among the general public against recognised competition and position itself as leader of its sector.
On Gedimat’s behalf, Sportlab negotiated and purchased the marketing rights to the National Rugby League, a sport whose values match the brand and are virtually free of competition.
In addition, the agency also created the “Trophée Gedimat” rewarding the finest collective try on each day of the Top14. The trophy was designed by Jean-Pierre Rives, an iconic figure of French rugby, and made from the raw materials marketed by the brand.
